PFS is a one-of-a-kind training facility that is unlike your typical gyms. It is the only truly “private” facility in the area where you are being trained in complete privacy in a fully equipped meticulously clean workout area.

Don’t expect to find your usual gym equipment and machines at PFS; instead you will find a workout area fully-equipped with unique training tools and free-weights that make training both fun AND challenging. In addition to the private training area, PFS also has a cardiovascular area fully equipped with cardio machines that clients are encouraged to use anytime during operating hours.
